Hi All, Our green is just having a rest after a magnificent start to the season, it has been top-dressed, scarified and well watered. It will re-open for pennant on the 14th of January and for social bowling on the Sunday 15th. We wish everyone a terrific 2012 and we will see you all in the new year.
Attention Members, The St Kilda Sports Club will be having its annual Club Christmas Party Saturday 17th December. All members are encouraged to attend and share in the celebrations in what has been a trying but finally rewarding year. That’s right, after all this waiting the St Kilda bowling green will be re-opening next week Saturday the 26th November between 10am and 11am. We will have food and drink supplied and will have representatives from Parks Victoria, Bowls Victoria, Port Phillip Council, the local Boonwurrung tribe and even Sam Fischer from the St.Kilda Football Club. After the opening ceremony normal Saturday pennant will recommence.
